Proxy Services, Inc. maintains a strict Privacy Policy,
which specifically prohibits the
release of client or account information without the express
written permission from the Proxy Services, Inc. client, except when required by
law. In keeping with it's mission and services Proxy
Services, Inc. seeks to conform to the edicts of the law,
and to comply with
legal process properly served in person on Proxy
Services, Inc. through one of it's registered agents or
personally served upon a current director or officer,
Proxy Services, Inc. makes available this Subpoena Policy
information page to assist in understanding the policies.
If you seek the identity or account information of a
Proxy Services, Inc. client in connection with a civil legal
matter, you must serve the Proxy Services, Inc. registered
agent in person with a valid subpoena. Proxy
Services, Inc. reserves the right to investigate the
validity of the subpoena served and shall require the
entity or person for whom has issued the subpoena to be
charged all costs relating thereto the subpoena properly
served in person upon Proxy Services, Inc.'s registered
agent. To assist those lawfully seeking to properly
serve in person according to law the registered agent for
Proxy Services, Inc. in the country where civil litigation
is being held, you may choose to speed up the process by:
faxing or mailing the valid subpoena request to Proxy
Services, Inc. before actual service in person to the
Proxy Services, Inc. registered agent. Proxy
Services, Inc. does, however, reserve the right to demand
in person, personal service to the Proxy Services, Inc.
registered agent prior to compliance with the demands of
the subpoena and may also require payment in advance for
costs and fees regarding the subpoena in conformity with
the costs and fee's schedule listed herein below.

Proxy Services, Inc. has locations in a multitude of
jurisdictions. Civil Subpoena's for legal actions
initiated in North or South America should be mailed to
Proxy Services, Inc.'s mail forwarding services located

Notice provided to Proxy Services, Inc. Client per
agreement:
Upon the receipt of a valid civil subpoena, Proxy
Services, Inc. will promptly notify the client whose information
is sought via e-mail and/or postal mail or equivalent
and/or telephone or equivalent. If the circumstances do
not amount to an emergency, as determined by Proxy
Services, Inc., we will NOT immediately produce and/or
release the Proxy Services, Inc. client information sought by the
subpoena. Proxy Services, Inc. will provide the customer an opportunity to
move to quash the subpoena in court. Proxy Services, Inc. reserves the right to charge an administration fee to the
Proxy Services, Inc. client, and/or to the person or
entity seeking information sought in the subpoena.
Fees for Subpoena Compliance
Proxy Services, Inc. will charge the person or entity
submitting the civil subpoena, and/or the Proxy Services,
Inc. client for costs associated with
subpoena compliance. Payment must be made in advance, to
the Proxy Services, Inc. payment processor, prior to work
on compliance with the subpoena.
Proxy Services, Inc.'s subpoena compliance costs and
fees are as
follows:
- Research - $125.00/hour minimum to be
determined
- Acceptance Processing fee $250.00
- Federal Express - Cost as Billed plus $100.00 admin.

Policies Regarding E-mail
Proxy Services Inc. will not produce the content of
e-mail, as the Electronic Communications Privacy Act,
18 U.S.C. §2701 et seq., prohibits an electronic
communications service provider from producing the
contents of electronic communications, even pursuant
to subpoena or court order, except in limited
circumstances.
Proxy Services Inc.'s e-mail servers do not retain
deleted or sent e-mail.
